Hemsky is better than so it may not be great value, but they needed depth in their bottom 6 really badly.

Meszaros will not be re-signed -- they've been trying to trade him for 20 months!

They're going to use that cap space on a better player, probably without the injury history.

I wouldn't accept best offer just to get rid of him, but I would deal him for a 3rd in the end. Hell, Robidas went for a 4th yesterday so might even have to be okay with that as a return. Even though that's in the territory of would I rather get rid of Meszaros or keep him as insurance.
