Kind of sounds like that painful moment when the rough turns to pain.

Think about accidentally coming out, only to warp speed into resistance and miss the hole. We have all been there.

Mez is a good guy and still brings offensive pop. His defensive and physical games dropped off the cliff after all the injuries.

I guess Ive been watching different games than Sam.

Shame about Mez. I really think he could be an asset to this team. Didn't want to see him get dealt- in fact I wanted to see him around here for a few more years.

That being said, someone needed to go and obviously Mez had the most suitors. Great to get a 3rd back after that AMac deal....and now that he should be re signed, that could be solid.

Mixed feelings from me, but in no ways am I pissed about it

He still has game, but he missed what? About 2 seasons with injuries?

He will fit in well in Boston. A lot of experience with Chara, even though he probably wont be paired with him. It is essentially a 4th, decent deal for both sides.

No it is a third. Its a late third round pick.

I dont understand how people call an early third round pick 'essentially a 2nd' and a late third round pick 'essentially a 4th'.

You guys do know the 4th round comes AFTER the 3rd round, right?
