A better passer? Yea for the other team. Coburn has assisted on more goals AGAINST his team than he has for his own. - Daveflyers36
THe Flyers keep benching Mez and playing Coburn on the top pairing even though Mez is better? |

I don't believe Buffalo AND the Isles got stuck with Moulson and Vanek
One of them maybe, but not both - AllInForFlyers
They need them for their late-season playoff pushes. |

Source: Sabres send Matt Moulson and Cody McCormick to Minnesota for undisclosed picks and Torrey Mitchell.
Yeah; that sounds about right
Didn't think they'd get stuck with a player like Moulson, with where they are |

First off, dude settle down. Why are you so pissy and offensive all the time? You've posted here a handful of times in the last few days and have just been caustic to others.
Secondly, I'm with you on the Kesler front. I'm an advocate of keeping all of our young core guys, and not blowing up the team. I think things are looking WAY UP for these guys provided they keep the bulk of the team together.
Thirdly, I don't think good teams deal away extra depth guys. In fact, I think they usually keep them for...well- depth. That being said, in the Flyers case, a dman needed to be dealt. I had said I'd rather keep Mez for some offensive pop from the back end, and thought he was playing very well over the last 6 weeks, but can 110% understand that there was an odd man out on D, and it was either Grossmann or Mez. Unfortunately, I'd rather have seen Grossmann go, but hey- I'm not Homer. - Giroux_Is_God

But dude, Mez scores more goals...I mean, he abandons all defensive responsibilities to do so, but...goals??? |

Coburn's just better...
Mez got a 3rd rounder. Edmonton offered 3 2nd rounders at the draft for Coby. |
