He had a good WJC, but his season performance isn't exactly great with 9 points in 40 games in the SHL...Cousins dominated the OHL, has struggled in AHL. Similar to Collberg

It was pretty obvious the Flyers weren't going to part with their first rounder this year. I'm sure Snow would have asked for that.

The only reason why Vanek's return is so small is because Snow misplayed his hand and waited until the last second.

If the Flyers were in on it the entire time, or really any team, they would have given up a lot more. Blame Snow, not Homer.

Ive never seen him play so I can't compare the two.

Ya, I don't see Mac as an offensive upgrade on the blue line. As a defensive and mobility upgrade, yes.

I think he's in the $4-4.5 price range. The rumors were that he asked for 4yr $4M AAV. I would definitely agree to that.

There's definitely skill, but he's a project. He could end up being a good 2nd liner. He might end up as Jason Akeson. He did well vs his age group, struggled at a higher level.
