So they overpay. Its not that big of a deal. Two-way defenseman are so scarce in this league. When you get a chance to get one, you take it. Tampa overpaid for Carle and they are just fine with him. We overpaid for Streit and he's been good for the team.

I would say its solid. exactly what i called for. rebalancing thr D without trading young guys. No buff or yandle. No Kesler. Rangers got better and Washington got better, that is scary. but as long as our D is 20% better then we won the arms race.
