Read...it's not easy, and I realize that. I do.

But when you get two chances to clear, you gotta do that. It's why you're out there

he's normally pretty solid there and had had a good game up until then... they sure all seemed to clench up

Yeah, and he usually does. He and Couturier are both among the best PK guys in the NHL. But it burned them tonight.

Far better to nitpick a win than to try and find jewels in the ashes of a loss

Well Andy Mac looked good, so there's that. Looking forward to see how it goes from here. Good start

Watch Killer Joe, you'll never look at a chicken leg in the same light.

I kind of liked Killer Joe til that scene ... too sleazy/sadistic/sick for my tastes.

I guess I'm a prude.

Gained a new respect for mcconaghy. Love him in this.

I'd like hear Rust Cohle deconstruct how the Flyers can't seem to play a full 60 minutes.

All while drinking Lone Star beer and making beer can figurines, of course.

Exactly -- and really, the Caps' PP, as we all know, is just too damn dangerous to take bad penalties.

I don't really fault the PK -- Alex Ovechkin doesn't make $9.5 million because he misses the net on the PP

That resulted in a full-on Remote Control Toss
- AllInForFlyers

Was it a full arm motion throw or did you just fling the remote into the couch?

With their firepower, sitting back and trying to make a lead stand up is a dicey strategy, at best.

Still, got to give the Flyers credit, they bent, but they didn't break. A lot of teams might have fallen apart completely and blew the win. They didn't. They dug down and gutted it out, especially late.

They're a resilient bunch. They feel pressure and fight back.

Oh, you just stop.

If any franchise knows about "Indifferent Defense from Superstar Offensive Players," it's your favorite.

Granted, it's been awhile. But Mario Lemieux and Jaromir Jagr weren't exactly killing themselves when the puck was going the other way

The last scene was the best part of the movie. I burst out laughing when the screen went black. I don't know if I was supposed to, but I did. "Do you want me to wear your face?"

Yeah -- he got it in the trapper, but the puck was wired and Mason couldn't close it with strength, so it pulled through
