I am fully aware of the prospects coming back and their abilities.

2 2nds and a big roster D-man for 2 prospects who honestly we don't know for sure if they'll pan out. Not a good trade IMO.

So he can get playing time in Rochester. When you have guys like Sulzer and McBain on the roster you can't put McNabb in that context.

McNabb has done nothing more in the AHL or NHL than TJ Brennan did for us.

He LOVES McNabb so I'm sure he's pumped. He's talked about him a lot over the last year. Thinks he's a guy with very few holes in his game and for the life of him cant understand why he wasn't up here.

Not that I wouldn't prefer Mcnabb over Scott, but hopefully Scott isn't a long term answer and its not as if we don't have a plethora of defensive prospects.

Mcnabb got several opportunities to play for the big boys. Obviously he never impressed.

Hopefully he works out for LA.. But I'm not sure how some are twisting this into a great loss.
