You need a weapon for some reason (to kill someone, I suppose). Would you want it designed by:

a) Luscious Fox - Batman's armorer, seems to be the world's best chemical/mechanical/electrical/materials engineer, who can also design the world's most high-tech software systems. Also familiar in how nuclear devices work.

b) Tony Stark - president and (apparently the only) designer of Stark Industries, the world's leading weapons manufacturer. Hos designed everything from bullet rounds to missiles to a suit which can fly at supersonic speeds.

c) Severus Snape - Former potions master, Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft. Is adept at making any sort of potion to enhance or lessen one's abilities and senses. Has made his own spells that. with a flick of a wooden stick, can cover a person with painful cuts. Also has the ability to fly.

I don't care about the fine. I don't understand how they can send a pick back to NJ. If this happened to the Flyers, the league would not have given a pick back. Its a small market team with a new owner, so they cut them a break.
