We have defence that can adjust bring in a coach with a more offensive style. I don't hate Tort's but his play is archaic in todays NHL.

Feel sorry for the guy actually - should have been over with years ago.

My biggest beef is that the NHL should have been named in the lawsuit. They knew the build up to this game (and yes I know they had played one game before after the incident) but the on-ice officials had plenty of opportunities to quell this. Bertuzzi was chasing Moore around the ice for minutes before this happened and did nothing at all. In my mind they are equally as implicit.

I wanted Gulutzan over Torts, I don't remember Dallas ever being a defensive-minded team with him and he seems like a smart, hard-working coach as well and he's still pretty young and IMO hiring 2nd time coaches is a smarter move.

As per your comment on bieksa. I had heated discussion with friends about who should wear the C when this came about. Henrik was the poster but Bieksa was the true blue IMO. Nobody paid any attention. I will say this the guy has been here from the farm has seen the highs and the lows unsung hero for sure. Cherry isn't the only one with a hard on for the guy. True Canuck for sure.

Mental suffering is BS. I personally think the guy is faking , I knew some nurses aid who worked that shift and seen him walking around. Next day in a wheelchair and neck brace. Look at his press conference when he is tilting his head back drinking water.

Well I've broken my neck before and I definitely wasn't up and walking the next day so not sure on that.
