I suspect most of the good ones will be re-signed before they're even available for an offer sheet. Aside from that, history is not on our side given how few offer sheets are ever successful.

It's frustrating how few options are available to teams to improve their rosters.

Offer sheets are a terrible. You have to overpay and hurt your cap situation like crazy to have a chance. Any reasonable overpayment will be met by the team.
