The burrows thing boggles my mind that he can't bring any offense whatsoever this year.

Hopefully markstrom with sometime with Vancouver goalie coach will help him get back in the right track and quickly cause they can't do what they did to lack last game ever.

If the team or Torts doesn't feel he is ready to play, does he have to clear waivers if he is sent to Utica? Somebody in the org must be able to start one game here in the stretch?

All in with Lack I guess, best chance to get the wins but with the way the team is playing they either can't score or can't hold onto the lead.

I want to remain positive, but the season is done and has been done since before the Olympic break. Scoring help was needed.

I think there has been a lot of mismanagement, a vet goalie would have been good to have when Lou was traded... Is there any excuse, did Gillis not expect to trade Lou during the season? Crazy.

I can't speak for him, probably a lot of things factor into his decision. Family, hockey, organization etc etc.

in my post i also put 'i can't see playing anywhere'...he said he would only play at the start of the year/not be a rental. When did he sign? Christmas?

If he wants to stay in that mess i respect his loyalty but i'm sure the organization would hope he waives too.

Brent burns as a D is a joke, he plays wing all year....Byfuglien is on the fence too lately as a RW. They don't do it until the off season

Like quite a few have said it seems when torts went to the Calgary dressing room seem to be the catalyst which is weird cause you think they would want to play more for a coach who is willing to fight for you guys.
