Schenn was leading the team in scoring for a while in the beginning of the Season playing Wing next to Lecavalier, if I'm not mistaken. While Lecavalier was scoring at a 33 goal pace.

If you look at Schenn's production throughout the year, it's been up and down regardless of what position he played, or with whom.

Exactly.

No, I wouldn't. That was just towards the comment that maybe if he was scoring as well as Schenn has, his defense could be overlooked. Well he basically is scoring as well as Schenn has. But I don't have any delusions of how Lecavalier has been playing. The expectation of Lecavalier was to score far more then Schenn, and to give the Flyers a quality second line. That hasn't happened for the majority of the Season. I'm aware of how poorly he has been playing just as everyone else is.
Lecavalier can be better in a lot of areas. My focus is not on debating how bad he has been, or how poorly he has been playing. It's pretty obvious how he is struggling. My focus is on what's best for the team, and how do they get Lecavalier playing better, so they can be a stronger team down the road.

Terrific, clever strip.

Bill Watterson was/is an interesting guy. Refused to license C and H because he thought it would cheapen his work despite the ton of money he could've made. Always kept to himself and away from the public eye.

Sadly, he stated recently that he would not be resurrecting the comic.
