yep. I wish I was at my parents with the liquor cabinet unlocked though. How's this weekend going to play out in your opinion? |

Depends on whether the Flyers try to get the Pens frustrated and off their game, and how the Pens respond.
That'd be my gameplan, since the Flyers can't put 60 minutes together to save their lives.
Prediction - Split.

I don't have a preference, nor a prediction.

History says that each team wins their away game. I think the flyers have a lot more riding on these games than the pens and sweep the series. |

I'm hoping for 3 points. Pens are missing Martin and Letang. They are coasting a bit too. I just feel the Pens will be up for these games. |

I feel like the pens struggle with afternoon games. I don't know if the stats back that up or not. |

Eagles got Sproles - PhillySportsGuy
Good. Their area of weakness was at running back. |

He's a nice little player. He's very good receiving out of the backfield. He will create mismatches. I'm assuming its a low round pick, so I don't see the downside. |

So I'm guessing he's primarily a punt/kick returner? I don't see him getting many carries. Unless he's a 2-yard back. I don't know enough about him, except that he's a back, and that the Eagles have arguably the best back in the game. |

Will help on kick returns. He doesn't return punts much. He's more of a receiver out of the backfield than rusher. He only had 220 yards rushing, but 71 receptions. He split time with 2 other backs on NO, so the 71 catches is a good number. It's all about finding match ups for Kelly. Sproles was the 2nd or 3rd option on NO. Now, he'll be the 4th or 5th option on the Eagles. Allows them to do more. |

Maybe this means they are done with Bryce Brown as well? |

I feel bad for Bryce Brown. He's not made for a spread offense. He's made for more of a pro style offense with a QB under center. Every team he goes to seems to switch coaches and go to a spread offense. Happened at Tennessee, Kansas State and now the Eagles.
They can keep McCoy, Sproles, Brown and Polk because Polk can play special teams. I think they may deal Brown though. I can see another team wanting to give him a real chance. He's got a lot of talent. |

Wasn't he the number one recruit coming out of high school? I vaguely remember him signing on day one with Tennessee. |

Im pretty sure he was cut by the Saints. I saw Jimmy Graham was pissed about it.
Sproles adds an element to the Eagles offense that we didnt have. Makes them even faster... |

Speed is nice and all, but the real question is, will he back check effectively? |
