The score would be 124-123, all goals scored on their own nets. - jmatchett383
I'd be curious what the draft order would of been last year under this system but I'm too busy to do the leg work. |

Without doing the legwork, I'm guessing the Flyers may have had a top-5 pick. They played their best hockey of the season down the stretch. In an 82-game season, they probably make the playoffs. |

Eaten there. Meh.
Almost as big of a letdown as the Bus' restaurant (I ate at the one down by the stadiums, I think there may be another/better one somewhere else). |

Bettis grill is highly over priced and overrated, but Primanti's? Come on that's great stuff n'at.
Next time bring a can of cheese wiz and spray it into your mouth after every bite, that may help... |

Primanti's tasted like a sandwich. As for it being crazy for putting french fries in the sandwich, I was doing that at like 10 years old with Burger King, but I didn't go out and talk about how revolutionary I was. It's not really BAD food, but it wasn't anything special that I can't get at any 100+ places in the NJ/PA/DE area.
As for cheese wiz, I don't like it and prefer my steaks plain so...yeah, Philly's "cuisine" is more than just the cheese, it's the preparation of the meat itself. |

Primanti's is terrible and I'm certain you are the kind of Western PA citizen that really wants to believe Pittsburgh is a metropolitan city with museums and universities, whereas deep down, the sad reality is it's a backwater town that nobody respects filled with obesity, meth addiction, in breeding, bad accents, and sadness.
I almost feel bad for you. |

There's this weird thing with Cheesesteaks. You can really have any kind of cheese you want.
I know, that's weird for someone like you that probably thinks Eat 'n Park is the height of cuisine, but it's true. |

I've always been puzzled by that place. Shouldn't it be Park n' Eat? If you Eat first why bother going anywhere at all? |

That's a bit harsh. I don't think it's all that bad. But it's a city that time has come to, as most of the city not located in the stadium area looks akin to North and West Philly. Very old and not well taken care of. |

I've brought this up before.
My idea would be to base the picks by point earned only after you've been officially eliminated from the playoffs. Worse off teams will have an advantage by have more opportunities for points. - JFlyers00
It would seem to create an incentive for a team looking to grab McDavid to tank as early as possible, then maybe buy at the TDL to accumulate more points down the stretch.
I doubt the PA would go for this, since it represents more games played for free, but a single-elimination tournament of the non-PO teams deciding draft order might be a lot of fun. |

Maybe base it on win percentage once a team is decidedly eliminated? I don't know where you set the cutoff for that, though. Teams seem to hang in the race/on the bubble rather late in the season.
A tournament would be more appealing to fans than a complex numbers system to determine the draft order, methinks. |

This is the kind of fun I was searching for, while I agree that Philly is very cosmopolitan; the herds of homeless people sleeping on the sewage vents tended to bring it down for me quite a bit.
Also you know what makes the Primanti sandwich taste a little better than a Philly cheesesteak, while we eat it, its nice to look at our Stanley Cup winning team photos that are on the walls at all Primanti locations around the Burgh, that aren't in black and white. |

You do know that color photogrpahy was invented for widescale purchase in the 1930s, right?

No, the crumbling infrastructure in Pittsburgh wasn't good enough for the homeless, so they went to Cleveland. |

Of course not.
They ship them all off to Cambria County to cook meth. |
