No, the crumbling infrastructure in Pittsburgh wasn't good enough for the homeless, so they went to Cleveland. - jmatchett383

The Chicago homeless are the craziest. I had one of them chase my friend about 5 blocks for a bucket of KFC. I'm not making that up. He gave one wing to a homeless guy, who then bragged to his homeless friend, who then began yelling at and pursuing my friend. That's just the one story that comes to mind, there were a bunch more. |

Sorry our city is one of the oldest and most storied cities in American History. I'm working on a time machine to help design the infrastructure as it was being built.
If this is ultimately leading to one city being dirtier than the other, I think we both lose. |

Chicago might actually be my favorite city to visit. It's a nicer, cleaner, smaller version of New York. |

I was only there for like 4 days. All I remember is the Lake being freezing cold in mid June, and buying a visor at Old Navy. Yes, a visor and, yes, Old Navy. |

I've never had a problem with the homeless in Philly. Tbh, most of them are quite friendly. My friend used to have them run errands for him. They'd always bring back the change and my friend would tip him. They never took the money because they knew he wouldn't keep letting them do it if they did. |

There used to be a few homeless dudes who hung around this place called the Killtime in NW Philly. They were actually pretty funny and the kids would all give them a little bit (if they had any money left over after getting a ticket/shirts/records). |

It would seem to create an incentive for a team looking to grab McDavid to tank as early as possible, then maybe buy at the TDL to accumulate more points down the stretch.
I doubt the PA would go for this, since it represents more games played for free, but a single-elimination tournament of the non-PO teams deciding draft order might be a lot of fun. - Tomahawk
While that is a possibilty, I really doubt that would ever happen. For a team to do so, it would have to be absolutely pathetic.
A tournament would be fun but how would you give the crappy teams some sort of advantage? |

Real estate there is actually pretty cheap compared to other major cities. My friend was blown away by what you can rent. $3000 gets you a 3 bedroom in a high rise with great views. |

No, but you do have dirty, polluted air.
Hell, Forbes even said so.

The only thing keeping Pittsburgh from being Buffalo is that Buffalo at least produced tasty chicken wings. |

I'm guessing that $3000 in NY gets you a 2' x 6' cardboard box. I mean, sturdy cardboard, not that cheap stuff. |

We had one guy at Drexel (I attended for a year) and we called him angry white bum. He'd be on our campus and Penn's campus. Whenever kids didn't give him money he would start cursing and saying how spoiled we were. It was actually kind of sad because kids would start poop with him. |

Say your team starts out 1-7 ( ) and instead of righting the ship, you decide to just to pull the plug on the season and give away your best players for picks/prospects before January... get mathematically eliminated... then leverage all those prospects/picks you got to buy players down the stretch to make a run at 1st-overall.
A tournament would be fun but how would you give the crappy teams some sort of advantage? - JFlyers00
There's 14 PO teams, so you could seed them in reverse order of points and give the worst (or best) teams a 1st-round bye. |
