I think he will. You reach a certain point where reputation just doesn't matter anymore. They need to win games and if Raffl gives them a better chance to win then they need to make the move.
It's a joke that Raffl is not on 3rd line with couts & read. There is no reason offensively or defensively those 3 shouldn't be together. Downie brings nothing to the that line except looking like a 5 yr old trying to learn how to skate
