yup

it was a wise call.. didnt even get home til 6:30 last night.. had some supper with danielle and just watched some tv.

we've started watching that new neil degrasse tyson cosmos show.. its pretty good.. which it was a touch more in depth.. but its airing on FOX and it seems like they are trying to spark interest in a demographic that previously could of cared less.

Unfortunately, the vote splitting on the right, will probably usher her in. That woman has never held a job outside of politics. She'll tax and spend Toronto into oblivion, if she gets into power. If Rob Ford really cares about the City of Toronto, he'd withdraw from the next Mayoralty race and let someone like John Tory or Karen Stints carry the right of centre candidacy.

This may literally be the last shot Reimer has at making a case that he is a #1. For his sake, the team's sake, and trade value's sake, I hope he is impressive

sounds like my night....made a nice irish stew with big ol chunks of lamb on the bone, had a few drinks between the wife and I in front of the tube, and hit the hay...not many are interested in st patty's on a cold monday night when we all work the next morning lol

cant tax enough to cover the spending tho.. not if you want to be re-elected.

i'm all for a more socialism based setup, believe you me.. but the way things are atm, with an aging population focused on savings.. it just doesnt work.

needless to say walking in there and seeing the kind of nonsense going on just strengthened my resolve to go home lol

You hear FM96 yesterday call 5 irish pubs in Dublin asking for "Patrick"? All five either had a patrick there at the moment, was expecting "patrick" shortly, or the guy who answered was patrick

i knew a few people going out.. but after the stag party saturday, and the gig sunday.. i was wiped.

ya...we did our own mini version on Saturday in Toronto, plus we just bought a new house so I wasnt looking to spend more than I normally do on beer as it was.

The show is airing in 40+ countries in many languages and airs on FOX during primetime on a sunday. It's a miracle (of science) that they even got that spot. Neil-DT will go deep as the series progresses I hope, but the south has already tried cutting out parts on evolution so we'll see how science is perceived when the 13 episodes are done.
