For sure.

But nowhere as good as Breaking Bad was.

- Scabeh

I might try it, wife was watching an episode ( we were still trying to finish Dexter ) and somebody had a guy tied up in the basement with a bicycle lock around his neck - then proceeded to pull strangle the (frank)er ( grossly ). I then turned to my wife and said I'm not sure I'm ready for more (frank)ing killing and blood at this time in my life

All I've heard is good things...but not sure I really want to watch it.

I do want to see Bernier in these playoffs and even against Boston really badly. I can only imagine he'll get better over the course of a 7 game series.
- mykokes

personally i hope boston gets taken out before the leafs run into them lol

Bernier won me over this year. It's like getting a new car. But sometimes, I still want to drive the old one.

exactly.. anyone using last years stats to make the reimer argument is fooling themselves..

look at his most current numbers.. cause thats who he is NOW.

Salming was a great defenseman at one time.. doesnt mean i'd put him on the ice now (i know, extreme example but it makes the point)

- Dozzer

You cant have a goalie start less than 30% of the games and expect to put up great numbers - goalies need to see lots of games - get into a rhythm and get a chance to be consistent - cant get that rhythm by sitting on the bench

If JR was starting 70% of the games - his stats would be better

I think Bernier is better than Reimer, but at the same time, Reimer would be better if he played more.

Ride Reimer every game, need him in tip top shape in case Bernier doesn't make it back.

thats speculative however. there is no guarantee of it

also, reimer has 28GP, roughly 40% of the 69 toronto has played.

No it's not. His stats suffered when he stopped getting regular games.

Before that his stats were on-par with Bernier's.

Indeed.

Too bad they couldn't keep that level of interest over the last 3 seasons.

I dropped out after the apocalypse thing....

Bernier on his game and Reimer on his game and I take Bernier - rebound control and puck handling is the difference. They make a decent tandem but only if Reimer accepts the backup role.
