You're wrong, Carol. The Preds won this game.

Jensen is killing #TankNation

F* the tank nation clowns... it's a bullshiite mindset to want your team to tank for a better draft pick.

I'm going to assume the Seahawks know what their doing and how it fits into the picture.... I would not give the Canucks the benefit of the doubt haha

I just looked up his stats and they were solid last year. There is a little decline but not much. I thought he was older then he is. Feels like he has been around forever. Good signing. Elite pass rusher to help the hawks secondary.

Bill Waters on the 1040 today said "the players would never tank on purpose and it would be noticeable if they did? You fans better give your head a shake if you think you will go anywhere even if you make the playoffs" . He then proceeded to mention picking up a very good prospect with a high draft pick instead of 4 and out in the playoffs is something we should hope for.

There are many here saying they won't quit ,we get that but there. is also half a city saying with the emergence of Jensen and one or two big trades this year we are back in the fight.

Most of us here love the Canucks , some are thinking with their heart and some of us are thinking with their head. Neither can be faulted. We are in a transition year and that is ok.Breath deep.

winning does this team no good. losing is good for the long run. we aren't the clowns, the clowns are the ones going to the games and cheering in their stupid blue kesler jerseys.

I don't understand why fans are getting so irritated.

It is not natural to quit or cheer against Canucks Understood.

There is nothing wrong with hoping for a high draft pick to speed the process.

Pick a side and understand the other sides point of view.

In the long run we are still hoping the best for the Canucks

Realistically, you dont actually need a high pick to rebuild faster.....see 2003 draft as the most glaring example.......

I think it's hilarious that people get so upset about it. From the comments I've been reading here, Twitter and HF the #TreadmillNation group are the more angered bunch meanwhile the tankers are just more focused on losses

If Nickleback is the answer to Canuck goal scoring woes, then I don't want to see them score again.

Furthermore, the lower the Canucks finish in the standings; the more embarrassed FA is. The more embarrassed FA is; the greater likelihood of him cleaning house with upper management. Which would also be in the best interests of the Canucks in the grand scheme of things

That's more of the exception, odds are pretty simple. The higher you pick in the first, the better chance you have of landing a future core player.

This year's draft is not the 2003 draft. Apparently last year's draft was supposed to be the deepest since 2003.

The odds are higher but there is no guarantee either.....you can't run your team tanking it hoping that is the year you get the next Crosby. Winning sells or the hope of winning sells and you have to let your operations staff do the rest....

Look at Detroit...the win year in/year out with poopty draft position and look at all the talent they've drafted!!! The next wave is on its way and not 1 top 10 pick.....

I don't see any housecleaning coming . Torts finally has the team scoring they seem more relaxed.

Gillis is going nowhere.

None of us are advocating 3 or 4 years of tanking, we were just hoping for a lot of losses during these last 15 games or so.

I do. If this were 2015, I wouldn't be advocating as much for #tanknation because it's supposed to be a much deeper draft. This year; the higher you pick, the better.
