I'm not trying to get into a debate on who's better, but it certainly needs to be called out that Hodgson is surrounded by an AHL team.

We really have no idea who the better player is yet... Neither is what their respective teams were hoping for. Hodgson isn't a premier offensive center and Kassian isn't an established top 6 winger yet.. Time will tell.

Lets put it this way, if kassians numbers are even close to codys then we won that trade by a landslide. Kassian isn't a great player without the puck, but Cody is an abortion without it.

Yeah, Hodgson is in a better position to put up points. He's played with better linemates(not as good these days, but in the past. Plays the top PP unit and gets 1st line minutes.
