My wife is a teacher and the place we are staying is cheaper in August than July. But we are avoiding the Orlando area. I'm thinking about either Cape Canaveral or St. Augustine. St. Augustine looks like it has more to do. I want something laid back, but still a bit touristy. And very few kids.

St Augustine then. Cape Canaveral isn't all that and you can always take 95 down for a day there.

St Augustine has a ton of old haunted places and stuff. They have ghost tours I think in august, can't remember.

I will be with a 7 year old.... not sure Ghost stuff is good for her But I'm looking at the St. Francis in. Very highly rated... and the room i would be in is haunted... But if I dont tell anyone, no-one will know. They have some pretty cool stuff there. The lighthouse, Fountain of Youth, Rippleys belive it or not... An old spanish fort., A pirate Ship thing, and not to mention the city. Enought history to educate the girl and enterain the older people, but keep her from bieng bored.

I disagree 100%. When politicians work together we lose. When they refuse to work together the people win.

We aren't gaining more rights these days... We are losing ground on them.

We need both parties to stay relevant. Need to shrink government, IMO.

Compromise is a deal word. Only one party is forced to compromise. Both sides need to give for it to be a real compromise. Taxes need to go down. Spending needs to go down. No reason to compromise on that.

Rush catches a lot of crap, but the guy is brilliant. Understands modern liberalism better than anyone.

I prefer gridlock over scrappy new laws that bleed the middle class, IMO.

The last time he was up he scored a couple goals, then went 3 games without managing to get a shot on goal

The caveman bit was funny, once. It got very bad, then it got worse when they worked the Capitals into it.
