Speaking of... I've done the pats/genos thing but much prefer Jim's on south and 4th. Any suggestions for anywhere else good? Will be in town 4/6 -4/8 for yearly phi/buf game. - Sms401
Reading Terminal- I believe Arch and 12th?- Roast Pork and rabe from DiNic's > Any steak (my order for steaks is Pat's, Jim's, Geno's for anyone that cares)
Lorenzo's Pizza also on South Street. I think maybe it's like 3rd street?
Slices 2.5x the normal size. |

True, but even more than points, He's not doing the Richie things he used to do on a regular basis. It's like he just another solid top 9 guy - Jsaquella
That's exactly what he's been playing like. He hasn't been the same since the Bergenheim concussion two seasons ago. seemed to knock a little vinegar out of his game.
I also think that his play is suffereing from "not being the man" on this Kings team as he has been everywhere else he's played.
If I were to take a stab at a nagging injury, I'd say something is bothering his wrist(s) because he gets absultely NOTHING on his backhand shots/passes and he's not winning as many fo's as he once did.
I'm hoping he can score some timely goals in the POs. |

Lol so they traded Sanchez for Vick
They got fleeced. Can't do anything right - Giroux_Is_God
I thought he might be an option for the Eagles. Apparently the Jets released him with a "failed physical designation". Not sure if that means anything.
Having Sanchez as a backup isn't the worst thing. He's nothing special, but he's shown he can manage in a game. THats all you really ask for out of a backup. |

HA! True...but if you look at what's out there, if you think you can fix Sanchez...he's the most experienced guy out there who does have some ability to come in and play.
I like Nick Foles, and doubt he's a fluke. But if he gets hurt...Matt Barkley isn't all you can have on the roster. - AllInForFlyers
It's more funny because he's Mark Sanchez. The pickings are slim...Flynn, Freeman, Colt McCoy |

Jims is good, there's a place on Oregon Ave near Broad thats good but Im drawing a blank on the name though pretty much any sandwich shop in south Philly is likely to have good cheesesteaks - BiggE
I know Tony Luke's is on Oregon but that's a little past Broad. Don't know what you're thinking of |

John's Roast Pork on Snyder. DiNic's at the Reading Terminal, as somebody else suggested.
But John's Roast Pork...holy moly is that a good sandwich. |

Nothing is official yet. They still need to check out his arm.
Kind of a Richard move by the Jets to wait until each team found their QBs then release him. |

You know what -- that's actually a good, low-risk move for the Birds...Sanchez is certainly not the answer if things get sideways with Foles, but at the same time, the guy does have some ability.
He's not scared in the pocket, and he has a strong arm. His accuracy is horrific and his pocket awareness is weak, but if Kelly thinks he can help with the accuracy issues, then he could be a good backup who might just save our asses if Foles were to miss time

Oregon Steaks is near 9th or 10th & Oregon. That's where we went when I was a kid, because my aunt lived around 3rd & Oregon. |

I've only had stadium steaks from Tony luke's and Campos... but even those are better then anything I can get out here. - SchennBros
All time worst nominee.... Subway " Philly steak and cheese". I once said I'm craving a philly steak and cheese and my wife went and got me a subway. One bite and I almost puked. Such b.s. |

Hit Tony Luke's or John's before the game. They're not far from the arena and then you can avoid the flocks of Bros at Xfinity Live |
