Police said they forwarded the case to prosecutors to decide whether charges will be laid.


This happened last month, if you threaten someone with a gun, ei. "I'm gonna shoot you", that's breaking the law.

He didn't threaten anyone, otherwise he'd have been charged.

That would suggest to me that he didn't break any laws.
