the flyers d can't hold up very long. this defense has been weak for years. and this year it's even worse.

they've somehow gotten by until this season with no timonen but they've been in trouble defensively since the first minute of the first game after chris pronger couldn't play hockey anymore.

i like streit for his shot from back there but what they need (and have needed for a while) is a good solid defensive defenseman. not easy to come by, but it's always been my opinion that they need to address that and they just haven't.
