I used to work in an place where they manufacturing aerospace components.

shop folks were union, office staff weren't.

during negotiations they would leave boxes of poop all over the place so you couldn't get to the water fountains or bathroom doors.

if you moved a box out of the way, one of them would pop out and file a grievance saying non-union staff was moving boxes.

i only remember the future shop grievance. ringing the cash when you were supposed to be doing something else.

I woke at one of those big box hardware stores for a bit when I was in unversity. We all had to be union (teamsters)


You know how there's never anyone to help out well once I was walking from one end of the store to the other and this old dude was looking for someone to cut a key for him

Gave him the mandatory response "hold on I'll call the guy who tales care of this aisle"

Half about later I'm walking back same old guy nobody showed up, three other people have called the guy

So I take his key and cut it for him. Takes literally 10 seconds to cut a key.

Union guy POUNCES!!!!

IF YOU CUT KEYS THEY'LL EXPECT ALL OF US TO CUT KEYS!!!!
