A) Carlyle is an idiot. that comment was nothing if not destructive. you'd think a veteran coach would know how to massage the situation better than that. you feel for Reimer and Leaf fans right now but can't help but think that Carlyle and Nonis deserve this for how they've handled the entire situation.

B) we've seen this before from Bourque. he will be absolutely invisible tonight and tomorrow.

C) why is everyone always so up in arms about how the CBC handles its coverage? the CBC has never claimed HNIC to be an unbiased, national broadcast. it is a Leaf feed and they don't try to hide it. especially when the Leafs play Montreal because they know that Montreal fans are watching RDS anyway.

Yes, Carlyle is an idiot - but thats because he can't implement a defensive system and make players accountable & also because after 4 poopty starts from Reimer consecutively, he STILL starts Reimer. And, back-to-back no less.

C) Yes and no... The play-by-play guys were Habs guys I think, right?

Habs aren't the best match up for the Bruins but the dynamic changes when they get Locked into a seven gamer. I'd take the Habs before the Wings or caps right now but not before the Leafs or Columbus.
