Maybe it's not much more complicated than...Snow is not good at his job...

Ding! Ding! Ding!

So nice to hear someone say it without involving Wang!

They are a pretty good playoff team. Not sure any team in the east minus the bruins or pens could beat them

Sorry but anybody who roots for more then 1 team is not really a die hard fan of either team.

Hey now I was a Penguin fan first. I prefer the Islanders over the Penguins every year and root against the Penguins when the Islanders play them, but have no choice to root for them now. the Islanders make it to easy for me

Meh. Don't agree

I know but he does have a better chance than the Islanders.

And for everyone out there I am not the biggest fan of Crosby, I like Malkin way more

Scott Gordon for all of his faults was a vastly better coach.

I don't know about that. Both are pretty bad, but Cappy at least lets players off the leash a little bit...probably way too much, in fact. Gordon's system seemed so damn rigid that no one was able to just sort of do their thing. Grabner in particular seemed to really benefit when Cappy took over, but everyone on the team seemed like they just let out a breath of relief once Gordon was gone, sort of like, "Thank God that guy's gone."

Steve Mason is not skating around with the cup over his head. It's not happening

Amac and Streit? I'm thinking the Flyers might have some defensive zone breakdowns when the games tighten up.

2. The Islanders are going to surprise everyone next year. Tavares and Strome up the middle for the next ten years? People who call Garth Snow an idiot should really research the drafts he has done since taking over in 2008.

Hey now it is not like I am rooting for the Rangers here. I mean come on. Penguins were my first love. Then the Islanders traded Lafontaine and my whole view of the Islanders changed. HAve never looked back since

Staple only gets what the team feeds him.

I'm not saying I disagree that Cappy will be gone, but I don't think Staple will know ANYTHING about it until just before it happens. This team holds info like no other.

For the record, I was saying Cappy would be fired at the end of the season back in December.

1st Bold: He doesn't know anything. I sent him a personal email after the 6-0 loss. I pretty much called him out for NOT calling out Garth or getting an interview with Wang. Hesaid he rarely gets to speak with Garth and Charles only speaks at beginning and end of season.

2nd bold: This is a logical reasonable assumption - no shocker - we all expect this to happen. THAT being said, you & the rest of us will likely be proven wrong.

Snow sucked as a player he was very arrogant and no one seemed to like him. He was the perfect candidate to leads this team. Snow can not make any decision he is more of a follower than a leader
- kasperrko

Huh? Snow was liked very much by former team mates... Where did you hear otherwise???
