I live in Long Island with a lot of Isles fans so no matter how much they suck they always will be MY most hated but Philly is a close 2nd. - B2B76
I was a kid during the Smurf years, Rangers always seemed to have the Flyers number. |

This pisses me off to no end. This is an attempt to injure. Hextall would not be proud. Jesus Christ. |

I'm still kind of shocked that the isles are moving to Brooklyn next year.. And are still going to be called the islanders?Man I can't imagine slmething like that happening to the flyers. Yeah. We're gonna play in New Jersey but still call them the philadelphia flyers . |

Im 37, so 86 series was my earliest real good Rangers/Flyers memories, I posted in our thread the infamous George McPhee/Tocchet fight. Always seemed like the Flyers had these giants & the Rangers were all 5'6 150 lbs pansies....haha, McPhee was small but he could go, balls on him from here to Cali. |

I'm a bit older so I can remember the Flyers kicking the poop out of them in the mid 70s. I also really enjoyed watching them outspend every team a few years back while consistently missing the playoffs, good times!

Yea, nothing is changing except for their location...hey the jets & Giants are still called "NY" when they've played in Jersey for decades. |

Well Im with you on hating the Isles. Is it safe to assume that you don't have any warm and fuzzy feelings for the Devils and Pens as well? |

Yea we know, Thank God the salary cap was implemented, it actually forced Sather to have to (somewhat) play fair ball. Gotta work boys, all good chatter, good luck...cough cough tonight. |

Yeah, McPhee was a tough bastard. I only have a few years on you, but man the early 1980's were rough. Every year Flyers would be 1st or 2nd in division and then lose in 1st round to Rangers. Finally got through in 1985. |

Agreed. We desperately need these two points. Only one recent loss and there are like 4 teams close to overtaking us. - Hextall271
It's that crappy start, a weight that won't be eliminated until we're locked in the playoffs.
Let's go Flyers! Stomp the Rangers! |

I guess I'm the only one who didn't think it was that bad. He's going to get suspended, but it looked like he just slapped him with the stick. |
