Hopefully another Read, Raffl. Gonna need to see him at training camp, see if he can crack into the roster or if he's going to be in the AHL. Should be some good competition to get on the team next season. - wolfhounds
Is there any rankings out there for all the ufa college kids? |

Tonight was a good reminder.
Their games are boring, like NJ. The Pens are much more fun to dislike. |

Exactly. I really have difficult finding who I hate the most out of the Devils, Rangers, and Penguins. I could case less about the Islanders, Canes, and Columbus |

I actually hope Columbus makes it into the playoffs. And there's definitely no hate there because they aren't really competition yet.
The Leafs on the other hand...I hope we kick the poop out of them on Friday...we need a win and they need to be pushed further from the playoffs. |

The difference in the game tonight doesn't have much to do whether Mcginn plays, or Downie plays. The concerning thing is, if the Flyers get injuries down the stretch, they literally have no one to come into the lineup who is an NHL caliber player. - PLindbergh31
Because every other team has a bunch of NHL players lined up ready to play in case of injury, that currently aren't playing in the NHL? And the Flyers do have NHL players that can come into the lineup in case of injuries.

Thank you Vincent LeCavalier.
Another game irrelevant to the Flyers success.
2nd line center my ass. - flyer_nutter
He's been playing LW since he came back from the injury. And I thought the same thing. All Lecavalier's fault. Because Giroux, Hartnell, and Voracek all had great games. And were threatening all night.

That was obvious last night - they didn't do Richard. 4 shots total between Giroux (0), Hartnell (1) and Jake (3). They did do a lot of (attempted) passing.

B Schenn, Simmonds, Raffl and the 4th line all played pretty well through the first 2, then everybody fell off as the game moved out of reach...
Flyers need PPs to succeed, imo. |

I thought the Rangers just played a great game. They were disciplined in their coverages, it seemed like no matter what there were 2 Rangers for every Flyer all over the ice all game long.
Sometimes you just get beat. The Flyers had good chances and Henrik was there to stop them. |

The Rangers played a complete, stifling game last night; I'm not trying to say otherwise.
But our top players did nothing to try to overcome it, unless you count making bad decisions with the puck instead of keeping it simple.
