Fox is still a long shot to ever become a top 9 NHL forward. Without his apparent "off-ice issues" he was supposed to be a late 2nd rounder at absolute best. I think there will be changes, at least one significant trade and I don't think both Gillis/Torts return next year(one will go, my money is on Torts but with this team who knows even both could return or both could be gone).

really tough to judge with over aged jr players. I think fox has been a different player since missing the draft though, maybe that hit a sour spot with him. He has been lights out this year though and has progressed beyond what people what have imagined I bet at the time of his draft ranking. Will be stoked to see what he can do in the A next year and see if he can translate his game well.

It doesn't matter what happens between now and the end of the season. It's all about what happens from the end of the playoffs and the start of training camp, that is really what we're all waiting on, not a game later today.

I wanted a top 8 pick and firmly believe that a top 8 pick would help this franchise more than winning a few meaningless games. No point in arguing it, #TankNation is dying anyways.

I don't know about Nucker but Jake Matthews seems about as safe a pick as there is. I also like the CB Dennard out of Mich. State if he has the wheels for the pro game.

Jordan Matthews, WR(want the Eagles to land him or Evans if D-Jax is gone)
Allen Robinson, WR
Bishop Sankey, RB
Trent Murphy, DE/OLB
Jackson, Jeffcoat, DE/OLB(steal if he's healthy, only knock on him)
Ryan Shazier(reminds me of Von Miller, physical profiles are pretty similar too)
Dri Archer(not as a full time RB, but a guy you give the ball 5 or so times to per game in space, should be great on returns as well)

I haven't read up much on the secondary prospects yet, but yea Jake Matthews is a pretty safe top 10 pick. Greg Robinson as well, but he's a better run blocker than pass blocker from what I've been reading.


Only QB's I like are Bridgewater, Garoppolo and Fales. Bortles will be a bust, I feel bad for the team that drafts him. Potentially Gabbert 2.0. Not a Carr fan either(not just because of his bro). Manziel is gonna need the right fit at HC/OC to work.
