Yes, that's becoming more of a philosophy these days, especially having to deal with Cap issues. However, first of all you have to have youth that CAN play and fill in those rolls. The play-your-young-players stance is only as good as the quality of the prospects you have.

Can you name any other team that has such an abundance of young talent currently playing or in their pipeline? (I know there are a few but I don't think anywhere near as impressive and impactful as Detroit's)
