another 2nd period where the other team got the better of the play, but they didn't give up a goal. struggled to get it out at times...but that's nothing new.

seems like the dying seconds of a period are always scary in their own end.

need at least a point here.

Good game so far.
Both goaltenders have been excellent. Ray has gotten a little lucky with those two posts.

The flyers team d has been incredible tonight.
Watching them keep up with Boston and st Louis... Incredible. If they play like this throughout the rest of the regular season and playoffs.. watch out

Yeah. Also the Flyers D are taking a lot of devastating body checks. Could be the difference in the third.

Happy? No. Satisfied? Yes. They are the best team in the West. After a gruesome schedule and the best team in the East on Sunday, a point would be good. 2 in regulation would be better.

I agree about the team defense. It's been really good tonight. They did in the first period, but I don't know about keeping up with the Blues in the 2nd period. They had lot's of territorial play in the Flyers end in that period. But the Flyers coverage in the D zone has been really good.

Any time you play a top team on the road you have to be happy to come away with a point. That being said, 2 points would be fantastic

You're right, the second period was in the flyers end a bit too much for my liking. That said, the second period has been their Achilles heel all year so to get out unscathed, I call that a win.

Hopefully, they come out and get an early goal in the third and control the rest of the game

With the Washington loss, Flyers magic number down to 7 points. Win and it's 5 points.

didn't realize it was that few. 2 points tonight would be big for several reasons, that being the biggest.
