Hey, I'm not a big Burrows supporter, but that hit was not deserving of a game misconduct. And it won't receive any supplemental discipline. I get that Rags fans are pissed that McD got hurt... but the hit was not as bad as they are painting it out to be.

Most Canucks fans are unforgiving about Burrows antics. he is a very decent player but has a few stupid acts that we are all tired of ,hair pulling twice and the biting.


I am not sure that is suspendable but if they do suspend him who cares. Let's see what Shannys wheel of misfortune spins up.

I voiced my opinion last night I have moved on. Yes there are a lot of us who are tired of Burrows antics. I didn't like the resigning. He shouldn't have ever been paid more than Higgins. He is not a 4 to 5 mil player. Even when he was at the top of his game.

I might be in the minority but I didn't think the hit was dirty. It was unnecessarily reckless in a sense because it was a 2 goal game with under a minute left and the injury makes it look really bad but I would be shocked if there is any suspension.

Ekbald? Given he is a highly touted D. But most d don't make that jump to the majors in the firs year and nucks have too many of similar style D with NTC. Who would you move that is willing to be moved. Also keeping in mind at first overall we will get someone that mostly likely wont be playing in NHL next year. I would rater go for Reinhart or Bennet depending on what happens with Kessler.
