I think this years draft has some great talent. A top 10 pick would land an excellent prospect. Lots of high end offensive talent in the top 10. Just need the Jets to win tonight and hope Lack takes a massive dump down the stretch here.

The problem is that the team will have to be pretty beat up again next year in order for them to do as badly, or get brutal goaltending. In reality, aside from the games Hank missed he also played injured for about another 20.

They work better if you have a more desirable city to attract free agent and retain your own players(no offense, and plus you guys should be better off when you move and Wang is no longer in charge). A competent GM, a team willing to spend to the cap and a decent scouting staff also helps.
