So at the end of a losing cause you play the man not the puck when there is already one guy on the man taking the body? Does that get you puck possession? I makes you look like an A$$hole. How do you know he wasn't playing the puck? It was directly in his skates. If the puck had passed through behind the net than YES that is a garbage play. But what if burrows finishes his check, kassian digs the puck feeds the point and they are down by one. The puck was there.

I'm surprised if he actually did get injured on that play, the Canucks board have a lot of flexibility and they didn't rattle much on that hit and Burrows isn't very heavy or a big hitter either. Had to have just got him in the wrong spot or something...

I'm not disagreeing about the hit or the play happens everyday. Burrows saw what was developing cruised intent on doing one thing thats was what I don't like but hey he could have made it worse if he wanted to.
