so no more Rayvening for Rayven

I not only kept my job with the new company I was promoted to Grand Poobah. I'd been doing the job for three years anyway but the guy officially in the slot decided not to move over with the new company. It means a pay raise and straight days mon-fri weekends off. Of course this means that I'll likely be here less and less and I'm sure that will make all of you very happy especially Pie and Asp. I'll still stop in on occasion though

Cheers guys, much respect

A terrible loss to be sure, we'll just have to make it through the day somehow. I wonder if there is anything interesting happening today.

Odd thing I just realized yesterday : wow, did he disappear as quickly as he shown up? PQ is doing everything wrong and deserve their fate.

Marty... I'm surprised you haven't posted your all-star Reimer pic as of late.

I mean, if there ever was a time to post it...

Yeah, their gamble that "La Charte" would get les "Québécois de souche" fired up and have a positive effect on a possible referendum sure blew up in their face.

That said, I can't believe that the Liberals will run away with it even their heavily documented history of corruption.

What a (frank)ed up province we live in.

It's really not on Reimer.

The bunch of losers playing in front of him, though, yikes.

I agree, its nice to see the sovereignty issue being responsible for their collapse. Maybe now things will get better once they realize its a non issue.

Like I've said before, I agree the D is horrendous but you stick Bernier in there and he steals a few more games.

Reimer just can't hack it.

Bernier wasn't stealing anything in the end.
Bernier's record is 26-17-9.

That's 26 wins, 26 losses.

Hardly what I'd call a spectacular record.

Win-loss record means bupkiss. That's like saying a pitcher with a 1.34 ERA who's 2-16 sucks... No, he just doesn't have any run support.

I've watched quite a few games that Bernier bent over backwards, did his part, and deserved the win but the rest of the team decided that scoring a goal or two was not important.

so what you're saying is regardless of who is in net they're probably going to lose.

Let's look at it this way...

Typical Bernier outing = 2 goals given up on 49 shots, Leafs lose 2-1.

Typical Reimer outing = 4 goals given up on 29 shots, Leafs lose 4-3.

What happens when you put Bernier in Reimer's situations?
