Hall was already gone. and even still, he's got 5 fewer points than Seguin.

Yeah, their gamble that "La Charte" would get les "Québécois de souche" fired up and have a positive effect on a possible referendum sure blew up in their face.

That said, I can't believe that the Liberals will run away with it even their heavily documented history of corruption.
