(frank)ers, I went over my data one month it was like an extra $18, next month they call me to try and sell me a "more data" plan that was more money that I paid on that month with the overcharges

If they have the same kind of thing for your Internet connection (send an e-mail when you're at "X"% of your limit), I don't see why they couldn't do it with phone data....except for all the money they get by not doing it.
