Damn, will your insurance get you another car at least ? - BashCH
Naw, I was insured on 'one side'. Only the damage I would cause can be refunded. And since it's the women's fault and since my car was worth sweet (frank)all, I'm not expecting anything.
On the bright side, my insurance won't go up. |

if it's her fault 100% you might still get compensated check your policy.
I had a car years ago that was worthless so insured one way. got totaled and it was 100% the other's fault so I got some dough. |

Even if I'm declared innocent? They shouldn't have to pay for anything since I'm not at fault, should be the girl's insurance who pick up the bill. In their statistics I'm certainly more of a risk to have another accident since I've already had one.
I would understand an increase if it wasn't my first accident. |

Really? Interesting, I'll check into that, thanks
Edit: Just received a call from them and that's what they said. If I'm declared non-responsible and the car's a total loss, I'll get money |

You could be sitting at home and somebody totals your car... you'll end up paying more eventually.

The man claims he suffered a concussion and various injuries to the head, neck, shoulders, back, chest, ribs, left leg and heel as a result of the alleged incident.
Sooo... the guy was basically checked by Byfuglien? |

There should be laws to prevent them from overcharging. It's ridiculous. |

Indeed.
I don't know what's up with those new captors they want to install on every car that apparently makes people save money. They say you can't pay more, that you can just save money.
Somehow I expect them to turn those things obligatory in a few years and if they say you're a risky driver because you go over speed limits / do quick accelerations / you're late on brakes, they'll charge more.
I guess it's a form of safety, because people are more aware of their driving with that and the company must save money with the lesser risks of accidents. But I don't believe it's the only reason why they're shoving those things down our throats. |

It's probably a good thing but then again old people that go 50 in a 70 zone are as dangerous as someone going 100 and their software probably doesn't consider that.

it is.
our company has a fleet of cars, the division that uses them wanted them so they could get the savings, our risk management department nixed becasue
a) it would probably drive insurance rates through the roof
b) in case of an accident all the evidence is there in black and white.
