Only a small number of insurers give a (frank) about winter tires in Toronto. Mine isn't one of them.

I couldn't (frank)ing believe it. The estimate I got was for $562 to fix my car, and my portion of that was $500, leaving only $62 for insurance. I said "(frank) it, not going to file a claim for $62 when it's just a small scratch on my bumper". Insurance company didn't care, and bumped my rates by $1150/yr....for $62 that they DIDN'T have to pay.

Nope. My worst infraction was a parking ticket. That's why the $1150 is such a joke.
