so this guy I know whose family and mine are close emails me.
he's basically been known as my Cousin Waldo for about 30 years even though he's not really my cousin and his name isn't really Waldo.
so he tells me he's getting married this summer I'm like wtf to who? turns out he's marrying my aunt's niece so he's now really my cousin Waldo! |

I agree. - dt99999
It would be a mistake to move either Tinordi or Beaulieu. Beaulieu might end up being the one to move as he seems to be a bit of a headcase off the ice, but hopefully he'll grow out of that. |

so was Chris Chelios. Habs need to figure that poop out and deal with it or else once Bouillon and Murray are gone (which is hopefully soon especially in Bouillon's case) they'll need these guys. Not Mike Weaver and Dave Drewiske that are gonna help out.
guess a lot depends on what they end up replacing Vanek with in off-season I guess.

i understand that. it's why i don't expect to see Bergevin take dmen high in the draft. but the first round picks in Tinordi and Beaulieu have already been invested, as have a few years of development. so at some point, they'll need to be given a real opportunity, not just "make one mistake and you're not playing the next 3 games". but it's too late in the season for that now IMO. the chance to get either of them ready for playoff action has come and gone. - DoubleDown
I agree with that and see next season to be this opportunity. |

few other things i dont get
1) is the guy with the lunch box on his way to work or on his way home?
2) what day of the week is it?
3) it looks like summer. how do we know the guy in the white shirt isn't on vacation? sometimes i wear ripped shirts and get trashed on the front lawn too on vacation. - DoubleDown
Late...but...
Although that shirt is all ripped up, it's the cleanest white shirt I've ever seen... |

Beaulieu/Tinordi haven't played any worse than the vets so far this year IMO. - BashCH
True, but in the PO rookies are more prone to commit brain farts than vets. They are still very young, their time will come just not this year since the team has a legitimate chance to make a deep run. |

They have a long list of rookies that were left without support off the ice. I do think Bergevin is aware of it more so than past GMs though and I agree they do need to ensure these guys get legitimate shots at being part of the D moving forward. |
