Are you coming up to vote ?
Stupid anglo illegal vote. - WaterBoy
My uncle died this morning. If the funeral is Monday, I will drive up Sunday afternoon, and come back Monday. Not sure which day the funeral is yet though. Will advise.
Please have my ballot ready. I must add to "the ethnic vote". |

you utterly and hopelessly clueless. the pre-season sentiment in here was that if Price had a strong season, Montreal was a playoff team. and that's exactly what happened. i'm not saying we have a great team. i'm saying that there is more talent on this roster than people give credit for. an All-Star goalie and Norris-winning dman is a pretty good place to start. and before Vanek kicked it into high gear with DD and Pacioretty, we were in precarious playoff positioning. like i said, i'm not criticizing Therrien. i'm simply saying that the argument that this team is barren of talent is complete bullpoop. - DoubleDown
Maybe I'm clueless.. But you sound like a Leafs fan from last year when they made the playoffs.
Fans and experts expected the Habs to be a fringe playoffs team IF Price would have a strong season. Nobody expected them to have such a strong season... why ? because this team is a average team.
Feel free to say that this team is loaded with talent. It's not a top tier team even with Price and PK and Patches.

He did't say that.
Nothing wrong with admitting the Habs are a better team than expected. No need to put words in "fans & experts" and Adam's mouths. You're twisting everything right now.

you're not following. like, you're not even in the ballpark. i did not say this team was loaded with talent and i did not say that it's a top-tier team. i said they more talent than some people admit, and i cited examples. they weren't having a particularly strong season until this 8-1 stretch. they were having a decent season. and that hot stretch coincided with the acquisition of Vanek and him moving onto the top line. where they are right now in the standings, in a weak Eastern Conference, it's where they should be given their roster. please tell me who of the team behind Montreal in the East has more talent than Montreal, top to bottom. Rangers maybe? Washington? |

If you take the whole league they are good comparatively. If you take the 16 teams that will be in the POs they are avg. The saving grace is that the east is weak. I do think that NYR and Philly are under rated because of the start to the season. Also what can be said about Price can be said about Bobrovsky and Bishop as well. |

The guy that scares me in the Tampa series, he could steal it.
Habs need traffic in front of him, and not just #11, he can see over him in the butterfly position. |
