Just like going out of someone's way to quote posts of certain users time and time again, or anyone that dare criticize the team?
There are two sides to every coin.
Ahhh well, I prefer we all just ass slap, and carry on - flyer_nutter
is it the "dare criticize" part that annoys people or the same. exact. posts. after. every. single. loss. that annoys people....
hyperbole is sure alive and well in this thread |

I like Plind.
People just get touchy, and don't get the humor sometimes.
I like the difference he brings as opposed to those who blindly defend every single move the team makes. - flyer_nutter
Bingo.
This doesn't mean I don't still think you're a few sandwiches short of a picnic, though. |

Since Homer made the worst trade in history, trading a young goalie for one of the best young goalies in the world and a winger on Canada's WJC team, I think it's about time the Flyers throw the season to increase their pick. - jmatchett383

I wont get into this because I've made my thoughts on him and management clear in the past, but lets not freak out b/c someone dares criticize the team on where they can improve.
No worries either way though, we all have our thoughts. |

Me and Plind?
Haha to be honest I find his poop funny. Homerism just annoys me, or blind optimism, so I like the different flare.
Different strokes for different folks. |

Were not saying its unfair to criticize. PLind is constantly negative. He wanted them to get rid of Giroux earlier this year.
Simply put. Would you rather have Mason, Stolarz and Leier or Bob? |

You must amend your question slightly.
Would you rather have Mason, Stolarz, and Leier or Bob, 8 games of Leighton last year, and a 2015 third? |

Creed or Nickleback? If you had to listen to an hour? - PhillySportsGuy
Please, those bands are downright spectacular compared to Justina Bieber, Miley my-tongue-is-my-trademark Cyrus, and that other no talent country girl whose name is escaping me right now...
The way some of you guys were trotting out that (frank) Pitbull whoring for some of the pooptiest beer on the planet was also questionable... |

Again, if you think a deal is bad, that's your right. At the same time, when you dwell on only the negatives, or spin every deal into a bad decision (someone once stated that Zhitnik for Coburn was a bad deal), it gets annoying and depressing. |

I don't think I know one song by Beiber. I know Miley Cyrus sang 'Party in the USA'
I think the country girl is Taylor Swift. Her lyrics really speak to me. |

Mason and Bob have nearly identical stats. Im not sure why you're complaining about. If Mason ends up being just as good as Bob, the Flyers end up winning out by getting a legit goaltending prospect in Stolarz. The Flyers as a team were outplayed last night. They didn't deserve to win. - PhillySportsGuy
Identical? Not really. Especially when you break it down to even-strength stats.
Bob has faced 1227 ES shots and saved .929 of them.
Mason has faced 1380 ES shots and saved .922 of them.
If you give Mason a .929 save % on his 1380 shots, he would have let in 10 less goals this season. That's a lot.
So while, I would agree if you said the stats were "close", but Bobrovsky's been better. |
