I'll take MDC is the best forward and 2nd best player in the draft. I know the scouts have him 4/5 but I actually think he is the best forward by a landslide

I'm a big fan of him as well. But it's hard not to love most of the guys projected to go top 5/6. Best case is the Canucks finishing with 7th pick and Burke taking Ritchie.

FLA and EDM both need him big time IMO. But I really think both teams should seriously consider trading the pick, both teams are hurting their young talent by losing year after year.

As somebody who has seen him live about a dozen times. He is 10x the player Nurse is(I know its clearly hate) I actually think Ekblad is the best defense prospect since Pronger

But u don't have a better core of young players. And we do have a better goaltending tandem presently.

I think it's fairly similar to an overall team debate.

Oiler fans can argue potential and future all we want.
But The nucks are without question the better team presently. And we may never reach that potential.
Same goes for lack and markstrom.
