You ask too much. Trying to understand Torts is like trying to understand The Lord above. They are too great to ever know. Just accept. - bazz
In Torts we trust?
It was the same thing with AV. Why the different treatment when similarly boneheaded mistakes are made? Must be something we don't notice like line changes or something.
I guess it was mentioned yesterday, if we want players to waive their ntc/nmc's then we have Torts try to mentor them... it worked with Lou. |

Lu is gonna get lit up! - TimThomasLunge
Or have the game of his life so the torture continues.
It is nice to hear the team isn't made of quitters...
Almost sound like snake oil salesmen by ignoring the fact they are done.
Mismanagement and bad coaching. Where is the leadership? Is Torts being a Richard for playing to win or is Gillis stupid by not changing the goal -from "to make the playoffs" to "evaluate team" and start the process of figuring out who is going to stay or go in the off season.

I think it's quite likely that we'll be able to get one of those with our 1st Rd pick. |

Ahah doubt we'd be lucky enough to win both the lottery and pull the trade, but lets just say the trade goes through, we are looking at something along the lines of 6th-9th-23rd?
Might take some heat but I'd go with:
6th- Any of Dal Colle, Draisaitl, Ehlers, Perlini.
9th- Kasperi Kapanen
23rd- Goldobin or Ho-Sang. |
