HOMETOWN BOY ==== VIRTANEN

That'd be good too, we need scorers.

I'm suprised at the lack of love for Dudley. If Nonis were fired Dudley would be my first pick.

For available GM's and coaches I'd go Dudley and Laviolette

Nah just Laviolette. Nonis gets a pass on Clarkson for the Bernier trade.

I like Kempe as well but i feel as though he's of the same mold as Horvat and Gaunce.

If possible, I'd enjoy a fast, smooth skating type sniper, most notably if its a winger.

Speaking of Gaunce, did anyone else notice that the Kings were rolling with Tanner Pearson the other night? Selected 2 picks after Gaunce, getting eased into the fold. Good drafting.

Bozak's fine. Phaneuf...meh, putting a lot of faith in Reilly and Gardiner stepping up.

Tyson Barrie - 12 goals on the year, 36 points, 3rd round pick who spent four years in Kelowna. (frank) me, why don't we pick these kids?

Now's not the time! There have been so many missed opportunities: Benn, Lucic, Weber, Gallagher... I have something in my eye

They will probably be stuck signing Bolland this year too.

Any of you going to the next home game do me a favor, late in the 3rd period could you chant the following "FA give Steaming Lombardi 100K"
Thanks in advance.

The list of missed WHL talent is long. Would be good to rectify that. So many BC kids grow up Canucks fans and are keen to return. I'm all for getting guys that understand the history and love the franchise.

Yep, overager taken 30th overall, good size and showed great offense his final season in the OHL.

Definitely a good find.

Speaking of Gaunce, now 4th overall in playoff points, 9 games 5 goals 9 assists

If the Canucks get a late 1st I'd target Conner Bleackley.

That's smaller than RNH size, minus a good chunk of the skill I'm assuming.

He's listed 6 feet and around 175 lbs on some sites now, plenty of players put on 20 pounds from their draft years to their first full season in the NHL. His skating ability and skill is electric, a lot of players won't even be fast enough to consistently check him.
