The entire Buffalo/NYI cluster(frank) with those two was a joke anyway.
Snow couldn't win a trade to save his life. Murray got what he could.
ANYTHING is better than the NOTHING that they will have now when those guys walk away. - TheThrill
We were the third or fourth best team in the east near the deadline, why the (frank) would we be shipping guys off for draft pics? |

Yea, like when he traded for Bernier, Bolland, signed Clarkson, signed Raymond, traded for Holland, and traded Liles for Gleason...
just sitting on his hands doing nothing. - Feeling Glucky?
bernie was a gift, GM was setting him free and he wanted to be close to home
Bolland, yeah 2nd rounder for nothing now basically.
Clarkson. Lol
Raymond - courtesy from being together in vancouver
Holland - 2nd rounder again for someone who didn't really help
Liles - Gleason - ANYONE would have gotten this, both needed change and werent playing. (frank) Liles would have been more sturdy than our junky team.
Wonderful job he's done. |

because guys like kulemin/raymond are not comign back next year and we could have sold at least Raymond high, kule does hold some value as a decent 2 way player who has had some success putting the puck in the net.
this team was 100% never going to win the cup since day 1 of pre season, if you didnt know that well then you forgot about chicago, LA, pitty, anaheim, etc. |

The Sabres are in a great spot right now.
Their rebuild won't take long at all. |

felt like we were trying to eat soup with a fork all season.
thats randy's system...he could have changed it up, so at least we were using a spork...yes, i said it, a spork. - big_dion
Sporks rock
Sadly, Randy's shouting to try harder only works if they've been given good direction of what to do in the first place... |

Dude - I love blind hatred as much as the next guy, but are you really going to pin Bolland's poop year on Nonis?
Really? |

Yep, still have to give Chicago this years 4th and the trade is complete quite possibly for basically a rental for 23 games as it turns out. |

First off, you highlighted Holland.
Second, no lol i was joking on that one. I love that trade. Just isnt a bright one because of what happened. So I made everything look bad, cause the rest was/got lucky/gifts. |

I've got a comment, and then I'm going to hang up and listen.
I was driving to my game yesterday, and some idiots on the radio (hosts, not call-in idiots) where opining that Phaneuf is not a great captain because when things were going badly, he wasn't willing to stand in front of the microphones and answer questions from the media.
I sincerely could not give two franks and a roll of hockey tape whether or not the captain feels the need to give idiotic, cliched answers to the same stupid questions bleated out by the Toronto media. It's a waste of everyone's time - the player, the reporter, and most importantly the reader.
Dion may or may not be a good captain. As someone who isn't in the dressing room, I have no way of making this judgement.
But criticizing him because he doesn't fellate the media? That's just the media's egos talking. |

Don't know why (not saying you) some people are giving up on Holland who was misused most of the time with the Leafs. The guy has skill and talent, give him more of a chance. |

damn Nonis.
Not only did he fail to see Bernier's injury coming at the deadline, he didn't know Kassian was going to slice up Bolland's leg.
Honestly, if he doesn't have that kind of foresight, what's he doing as a GM? |

Bolland and Kulemin.
I'd love to see both of them in Leafs blue next year.
At $5 milly?
Sure, as long as that's for both of them. |

20 games of service
I hope he resigns at a good price. Gwenivere (artist) I know is good friends with him. I'll tell her to make him sign for cheap and get her dad to give him money
bastard has his own music studio in his house, 7 old muscle cars out on display all the time + 2 new ones for him, 1 for his wife, and 1 for when they go out together.
GET EVERYONE TO SIGN IN TORONTO AND PAY THEM UNDER THE TABLE. Jeeze, people don't know how to do things anymore. |

well, there's that gif, where Kessel maybe tells someone to shut up. And then it pans out and you see Phaneuf.
What more proof do you need? |

Don't worry - it's just a matter of time until we fire Nonis and hire Gillis. |
