The news of the out clauses in both GMMG and Torts contracts is great news. Should mean more willingness to start on a clean slate. |

We have to wait till June. - Nucker101
I'm actually quite happy with that response. If he's being truthful it means all the Naslund, Shanahan rumors are bunk. They should take their time and do the interviews and many of those AGMs we've noted won't be available until their respective seasons are over. |

And if you ask me again about it I'll sue. - AlexF

Yeah, Torts has to go for the sake of change throughout the organization IMO. |

Name of the game my friend. I almost forgot what the other half feel like at this time of year when missing the playoffs. |

Doug Gilmour for GM! Darryl Sittler for HC! Heck, let's go all the way and have Tie Domi be the Enforcer/4th Line Coach.

I wonder how much weight people are going to put into these allegations from the globe and mail.

I especially like the text message from Francesco.

Aquilini's an idiot, but I'm pretty happy with the new structure. Victor Debonis as financial President, Linden as President of hockey operations. |

I'll reserve judgement until the new GM is named, so far I have no issues though. |

Linden Paraphrased: Offense doesn't need to be sacrificed by playing sound defensive hockey.
Tortorella is a goner. Unless Linden is lying again. - AlexF
I didn't read it that way at all. If anything I took it as supporting Tortarella, meaning that preaching sound defensive hockey doesn't mean scoring has to be down. |
