So would I. Hopefully, the change of Shanahan will be the beginning of change. I know he's just following what others want, but they really need to reevaluate the rulings. I'm pretty sure the NHL isn't in favor of guys like Oshie missing the playoffs.

I don't really mind pain, but the idea if willingly getting stabbed and having something either put into my body or taken out of it makes me literally (LITERALLY) shake whenever I get a needle.

This is me, chillin' working on my playoff beard and watching a game.

All this MacDonald talk..... I personally think he has been very good. I noticed the difference after we got him immediately. He has calmed the defense down and he is very good at getting the puck out of the zone, above average skater and passer. Do I need to mention his shot blocking capabilities? The PK has been better to. He isnt flashy but he gets the job done.

The difference was good for a good stretch of games. But what has he done recently? He played way too soft in last nights game. The whole team did. They allowed way to much time and space for Tampa to pass. You can't just keep a team to the outside, you gotta take away their space. You can't let them get good looks across the ice to make the passes they were allowed to make.

My mom once had an experienced nurse do that. The lady kept trying to get at a small vein that she was "sure would be better". After 5 stabs, my mom passed out in her chair. After a few minutes the doctor used the big vein and it worked fine.

Thats one player man, he looked like their best d-man last night. Tampa was too fast to control overall. Be honest though. Did they really give up any more chances on net than any other game? You cant expect them to be the 90's Devils. That just isnt realistic. Emery was soft last night. The Flyers outplayed Tampa. Did they have breakdowns? Absolutely. Every team in the league does. We had 53 shots on the Bruins 2 weeks ago. The difference?? They had their starting goaltender in net.

Thats what scares me, I have had the feeling that Berube has been getting Emery ready just in case. It wont work. Emery will not be the 2nd coming of Michael Leighton 2010. lol
