I don't think any one wants to get rid of him. He is slipping and has been pretty obviously considering retirement himself the past couple seasons. It'll happen sooner than later.

Lucic was being his usual scumbag self knocked down D'Agostini and go a penalty. Then after he got out of the box Scott wanted to fight him it looked like they exchanged one or two pushes to the face then Lucic cowered off like a baby and Chara had to step in.
